The automatic Zigzag chocolate enrobing machine is one of the essential equipment in the chocolate production line. The chocolate decorating machine is used to make chocolate zigzag decoration or chocolate glaze on the surface of food. By rotating the nozzle and adjusting the distance, the chocolate decorator can achieve different forms of zigzag decoration.
The chocolate decorating machine uses a special chocolate delivery pump, which is a rotor pump. The chocolate supply is stable. By adjusting the distance through the eccentric gear, various zigzag patterns can be decorated.
