Automatic P401 Cereal Bar Production Line Equipment is we designed based on advanced European technology for cereal bar industry that uses the sheeting cutting method to roll and cut the bar from a slab into small pieces.
The granola Bar Production Line is mainly used to cut the mixed cereals products into required sizes and cool them down,it is controlled by two servo which allow it finish the cross cut by one machine,the strong rollers of Granola Bar making machine make the mixture quite flat and stick to each other tightly, avoid splitting,the PLC Touch Screen controller box of Granola Bar Production Line allows operator to set the required cutting length and width in advance, quite simple to operate.
The nutrition bar production line can take oats, rice, black rice, sugar, nuts, corn, barley , wheat, dry fruit, raspberry, blueberry, passionflower and others as raw materials to make the peanut bar for sales. It is popular in the market because of delicious taste, crisp texture, rich nutrition and convenient portability. It has also become the main meal replacement food for fitness people.
