Automatic high capacity tamarind candy machine with coating machine is developed for making tamarind candy brigadeiro, chocolte tuffles, chocolate ball, bonbon, rum ball (romkugler), bourbon ball, etc. The chocolate truffles making machine can also make mochi, lo mai chi, onde onde, sesame ball, snack ball cake, cake ball, energy ball and so on.
The Automatic high capacity tamarind candy machine consisits: P160 Automatic encrusting machine, Automatic rotary table coating machine and Automatic rotary drum powder remover machine. The automatic encrusting machine is used to cut and form the truffle ball shape. The rotary table coating machine is used for coating coconut flakes, cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, smashed nuts, sesame, etc. The rotary drum powder remover machine is used to remove the extra coating materials outside the truffle ball and roll the truffles to be a better ball shape.
The Automatic high capacity tamarind candy machine uses full stainless steel 304 as the machine materials, and branded electronic parts, as well as PLC program system with colorful touch screen. The complete chocolate truffles production line is automatic without any manual operation, all controls are done by screen and buttons.
