Description:
Automatic stuffed energy bar making machine consists of: P160 Automatic encruting machine, Automatic date bar cutting machine and Automatic tray arranger machine. The P160 Automatic encrusting machine is used as the date bar extruder to from the stuffed or non-stuffed bar rope or roll rope, the date bar cutting machine is used to cut the rope into bars, squares, bites, rolls, discs, etc, the tray arranger machine is used to collect the final products in order.
The stuffed date bar making machine can make two type of products: 1. stuffed products, such as stuffed date bar, stuffed date cookies, stuffed date roll, stuffed bar shape cookies, fig newtons, fig roll, etc. It can also make other stuffed products like stuffed churros, etc. 2. Non-stuffed products, such as date paste bar, fruit bar, date roll, date bites, energy squres, date discs, cookie discs, etc. The stuffed date bar machine can also make three layers, two layers or double color bar shape cookies.
